Cityview Kids Volunteer Application

Kids Volunteer

Thank you for your interest and willingness to serve as a volunteer in Cityview Kids!

Please take a moment to fill out this form below. This will help our team with scheduling and to ensure that we've got you in the right place at the right time.

If you have any questions or need clarity on a ministry area, please reach out to Kids Ministry Team at kids@cityviewbible.org.

*Please note: All Cityview Kids adult volunteer positions require a background check, abuse awareness training, and agreement to policies and procedures. You will receive information about completing this process when we follow up with you.

Are you an Adult or Student Volunteer?

For safety standards, we can only allow volunteers who are in the 6th grade and up.

In the case of an emergency, are you First Aid Certified?

This is NOT a requirement to volunteer in Cityview Kids.

Previous Serving Experience

Where and in what capacity have you served with kids in the past? (Please list the organization, role, and age group.)

Serving Time

Please select all with which you are open to serving.

Cityview Kids roles have a serving time of 1 hour 50 minutes. Our teams arrive 15 minutes before service for a 5 minute volunteer meeting and prayer. They open classes 10 minutes before service and remain until the next volunteer team arrives or all children have been picked up.

Service Schedule

There is such a benefit to having people serve weekly; however, if you can only serve every other week, we would still love you to join the team! (1/3/5 weeks only serve 4 more Sundays a year than the 2/4 weeks.)

Serving Roles

Please select all roles with which you are open to serving. See each role description here.

Serving Requests

If you have a specific class, hour, and/or co-volunteer you would like to serve with, please share, and we will do our best to accommodate.
